DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product was damaged please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product and we will send you a replacement product at no cost. We may ask for a picture of damaged item to better serve our customers in the future.

SATISFACTION
If you are dissatisfied with your product please let us know within 21 days of making the purchase. If items are opened or used and you are not satisfied with them you may contact us and we may offer a partial store credit or exchange. Shipping charges are non refundable.

You may return products in unopened new condition to us for a full refund. Shipping charges are non refundable.  Please send unopened items with your order number and your request for a refund to:
